TrackWay Privacy Policy

TrackWay is an outdoor navigation app to find your way using a GPX track. You can follow an existing track and/or record a new track, which you can afterwards upload to Strava. You can swipe between five different screens, from left to right they are the graphs screen, the data screen, the map screen, the tracks screen and the settings screen.

Only if you decide to share your track real-time with others, TrackWay will start collecting your location on our server.

Location information includes date, time, latitude, longitude, accuracy, velocity, altitude and sensor data like power, cadence and heartrate. Only persons with an invitation from you can see your track on the map. An invitation is valid for 24 hours. Once an invitation expires, it can no longer be used to see your track on the map.

Your location is only stored on our server to provide the service of sharing your track with persons you invited. No location information is shared with any third party.

Your location information is stored on our server with a time stamp (date, time). Based on that time stamp, your location information is automatically deleted after 24 hours. If you want us to delete your location information immediately, please send a request to trackway@dibarto.nl.
